Message from the Founder (TWCFT)

Mrs. Begum Musarrat Jahan

It is with deep gratitude and hope that I share this message with you on behalf of The Women's Care Foundation of Pakistan International Welfare Trust (TWCFT).

TWCFT was founded with a simple yet powerful vision: to serve humanity with compassion, dignity, and purpose. I have always believed that real change begins when we choose empathy over indifference and action over silence. Our mission is rooted in uplifting underprivileged communities, supporting women/transgender and children, promoting education, healthcare, and creating sustainable opportunities for those who need them.

Organization Working Strategy

Research & advocacy for supporting equal rights & freedom of all people under Universal Declaration of Human Rights
Formulating and implementing management programs through people's participation.
To develop linkage between Government – NGO – community.
Capacity building of social workers and human rights defenders/institutions through various training program, exposure trips and information dissemination for rights.

Dr Nighat Yasmeen Khan

General Secretary

Dr Nighat Khan began her exquisite journey in the field of socio economic and women health by dealing with issues of poor habitants of the country. Since her early academic years she tried her best to provide services to the needy people from her own resources, including family and friends. In 2011, she prompted to setup an NGO named "The Women's Care Foundation of Pakistan International Welfare Trust (TWCFT)" in hope of making a significant contribution to humanity. TWCFT is exclusively engaged in supporting charitable activities. It is purely for purposes, particularly supporting women/transgender, health care and other related services.

TWCFT is an independent, non-governmental, non-profit and charitable organization. It works under its own memorandum of articles of association and leadership. It has no affiliation with any regional ethnic or political organization of Pakistan or anywhere in the world.

TWCFT is dedicated to the services of humanity in all parts of the world without any discrimination of creed, religion and political association.

TWCFT works for women/transgender empowerment, poverty, alleviation and sustainable community development. The organization also ensures to encourage good health of women/transgender and children by means of education, advocacy and other form of assistance.

Sheraz Ahmed Khan

Finance Secretary

Sheraz Ahmed Khan serves as Finance Secretary on the Board of Trustees at The Women's Care Foundation of Pakistan International Welfare Trust (TWCFT). He oversees financial planning, budgeting, and accountability for the Trust, ensuring transparency in all fundraising and welfare initiatives.

With expertise in financial management, accounting, and nonprofit finance, Sheraz supports TWCFT's mission by maintaining sound financial governance and enabling sustainable programs for women's education, healthcare, and community welfare.

Dr. Amna Khan

Joint Secretary

Dr. Amna Khan serves as Joint Secretary on the Board of Trustees at The Women's Care Foundation of Pakistan International Welfare Trust (TWCFT). As a dedicated doctor and advocate for women's welfare, she plays a key role in coordinating board initiatives and supporting TWCFT's programs in education, healthcare access, and community development.

With her background in medicine, Dr. Amna brings valuable insight to policy implementation and program outreach, strengthening the Trust's mission to empower women and uplift vulnerable communities.
