Khwajasira Community Development Program
The Khwajasira Community Development Program (KCDP), an initiative of The Women’s Care Foundation International Welfare Trust (TWCFT), is dedicated to securing dignity, employment, and social inclusion for the transgender community. To foster self-reliance, the program equips individuals with vocational skills, micro-grants, and direct job placement support. Additionally, KCDP ensures holistic well-being by providing free healthcare, legal assistance for CNIC registration, and leadership training to empower community advocates.

Mission
To empower Khwajasira community members through skills, employment, health awareness, and civic participation so they become self-reliant contributors to society.
Core Objectives
1. Skill Development: Vocational training in stitching, beauty services, computer literacy, handicrafts, and digital freelancing.
2. Livelihood Support: Micro-grants, toolkits, and linkage with local businesses for dignified employment.
3. Health & Well-being: Free medical camps, mental health counselling, and awareness on HIV/STI prevention and general hygiene.
4. Legal & Social Support: CNIC registration help, guidance on inheritance & protection laws, anti-harassment awareness.
5. Community Leadership: Train transgender leaders to run local support groups and represent community issues with government departments.
